I have worked with Otakon as an Artist and Merchandise Liaison for the past three years. This year, I am having a small contest here on dA to find our next new artist. Last year we had an open call and ended up getting four great artists off of dA, and this year we hope to continue with this specific project. This contest involves providing a cleaned up sketch (inking not required but encouraged) of the Otakon Mascot Hiroko; in what you think would be the best design for our baby-doll style tshirt. Art may be up to 8x10 and can be mocked up on a digital line shirt if you wish (for effect). The final lineart is only ever in one color lineart,
